Configuration is where you tune your agent. It has three tabs: Agent, UI, and FAQs. A live preview on the right lets you test changes against your real agent before customers see them.
Agent
The Agent tab holds the system instruction that guides your agent’s tone, its rules, and when it should hand off to a human. A sensible default ships out of the box, so editing this is optional.
This tab also shows which Knowledge Sources the agent can use, such as Knowledge, Tables, and APIs.
Use the preview on the right to send test messages. It talks to your real agent, so you can validate answers and tone before going live.
The UI tab styles the chat widget to match your brand: logo, colors, welcome text, and avatar.
FAQs
The FAQs tab lets you add common questions and answers so customers can access them directly from the FAQ section of the widget.
Add as many as you need. They appear as quick suggestions in the widget.
